So right now I am totally and completely exhausted. I am totally perplexed by this because I just woke up 8 hours ago, and I have no idea how I got tired so quickly. Before you say anything, yes I woke up at 2 in the afternoon... I didn't get to bed until 6am if that makes me look any better.
I cannot explain to you guys in writing how excited I am to be going home on Tuesday for Thanksgiving break. I feel like I have not seen my friends (or my boyfriend) in ages, and I really miss them. I feel like Thanksgiving break will pass after the blink of an eye. There is so much I have to do during the break and not enough time to get everything done.
BIG NEWS!! (keep reading!)
The good thing is that after Thanksgiving break we only have about 2 weeks left before winter break!!! I am sooo pumped for winter break. During winter break we (you are coming with me via Youtube) are going to DISNEY WORLD!! Aren't you excited? you get to spend a whole like 9 days with me. We will be staying at African Kingdom Lodge and Saratoga Springs Resort :) We will also be going to a few of the parks (woot woot). And even bigger news... Scott will be coming with us ^..^
I get this question a lot, so here is the best way I can explain it :)
I put a lot of thought into this answer and this information I give you will also be presented to you in one of my next videos. (I am just waiting for a proper day to be able to film)
Some days we wake up mad, sad, or angry about the life we were given. Life is difficult, challenging, and often times unfair. But just as the saying goes, even on the darkest day of the year you can find a cloud with a silver lining, I believe the same is true with life. There is always a reason to keep pushing through your dark days, every life has that same silver lining.
I made this channel for you guys, to let you know you are not alone. Whatever feelings overwhelm you from time to time, other people are going through the same thing as you. I made this channel to open my life to you, and share my knowledge, my confusion, and my average life with you. Many of you probably have no idea my past history. I've dealt with bullies and just plain mean people. I hit a rough patch from 7th grade to around 11th grade, a time that seemed to never end. But, I found my way through that patch and I believe it ended up making me a stronger and better person. Although people still get a kick making fun of the "girl nerd who plays video games", I've learned to take whatever words are thrown at me and put them behind me. I will never be ashamed for who I am. I made this channel to take you on a journey of my life as I continue to search to find my place in this world. Please remember, you are never alone.
All my love,

Hey guys! I know I haven't made a video lately and it is for a really good reason I promise!! I had a whole bunch of exams this week so I've been swamped with studying... Now I am in Post-exam mode but still just exhausted. I've been sleeping a lot for the last day and a half but I will kick into the swing of things again soon! It really hasn't helped that it has been raining for days now, haha. I have Thanksgiving break starting next Wednesday and I will definitely have a video out by then. When I am home for break I can only record video, I can't edit and upload it because my hulk of a desktop which I use to edit stays at school for now. I should definately get an editing software on my mac besides imovie... but quite honestly, my mac is old and I have noooo idea if it can handle it! hahaha :P
Some of you may know that I am a complete health freak. I spend most of my free time learning about ways to maintain good health, along with ways to keep your skin healthy. Because many of my subscribers are male, I do not think they go around researching how to achieve healthy skin, so I will save them the trouble! Here on my blog, I will share some tips to maintain/achieve great skin/health, for guys and girls!
Here are some tips to stay healthy in this cold weather! ( I will keep posting more blog posts as they come up)
1. Increase your Vitamin C intake.
-Either through taking vitamins or sucking the life out of oranges and other Vitamin C rich foods, you need
to make sure you are getting enough Vitamin C. Vitamin C helps fight off illnesses that are very common for the cold season. Don't be mistaken, it isn't the cold temperature that makes you sick like your parents always told you ("Don't go outside in the cold, you'll get sick"). People are actually more likely to get sick in the winter because kids are in school (as oppose to summer) and when you are around more people you are more likely to catch their germs (ew!). Also, because it IS cold, people are more likely to take shelter inside rather than stay outside as they would on a nice day.
2. Wear sunscreen!
-You may not think you need sunscreen when it is cold but the sun has not gotten any less strong just because the temperature is colder. In the winter, when there is snow on the ground, the harmful UV rays are magnified as they bounce off the snow all around you. It is best to wear sunscreen to prevent from early aging and other harmful effects on the UV rays.
3. Wear layers!
-Layers are actually your best friend, use them please. On your way to school you will be facing extremely cold temperatures and you want to make sure you a prepared. By this I mean wear the t-shirt, with the thermal (waffle shirt) on top, with the hoodie on top of that, with a winter coat, gloves, and scarf. Sure, you might look like an oompa loompa with all the layers, but you will thank me later. When you get to school you can shed your coat, gloves, and scarf, but keep your other layers on and shed as needed. I know where I go to school, one classroom can get to be really cold and other can get to be extremely hot.
-The cold air loves sucking all moisture out of your skin, so make sure you are prepared! Moisture your face and body after you shower or whenever you wash your face or hands. I know I have extremely dry skin in the winter and it is hard to find products that actually help me. Here are a few I have discovered to actually help.
a. Bag Balm (yes, it was first made for utters) [It is a vaseline-like substance so don't wear
it during the day.] it also works great as chapstick!
b. Curel Ultra healing lotion (I wouldn't use it on my face because it might clog pores, but
on my hands it works amazing)
c. Eucerin Extreme Healing (it is realllyyyy oily so only apply at night or if you have enough
time to let it soak in)
5. Don't take long, hot showers
-This really hurts me to say because I love long, hot showers but during fall and winter my body just can't handle them. The hot water completely dries out your body going from extreme heat to extreme cold and it just does not end well.
Why hello fellow interwebers,
The internet is a very fine place, a very fine place indeed. It's funny how many different personal sites there are these days....(for some reason I cannot for the life of me remember what we call those sites... OH YEAH SOCIAL NETWORKS!) Anyways I used to use tumblr, but I found that I didn't really get it... most blogs I found on there were just copied quotes or pictures and that wasn't what I was looking for, so I went searching for a new bloggity-blog site to express my opinions..thoughts... life. So I came across Blogger.com, and it seems pretty legit. Hopefully I will stay on this site longer than I did on tumblr ;D. Feel free to follow my blog here and follow me on the following social network sites :P
